- No checks are accepted.
- Must have receipt for all returns.
- We charge a 20% fee on all returned items.
- No returns on trims. For example: shoe molding, baby threshhold, stair nosing, etc.
- No returns on any special ordered items.
- In order to get refunds back on already bought hardwood flooring materials, you must return them before installation; once it is insalled, it is yours to keep. This means that all installed goods are final sale.
